The case record provide evidence that CYS had stated throughout their investigation that Parents and Custodians ha demonstrated equate protective capacities and the children were not in harms way or bused nor neglected. However the following of chronological documents of the record indicates that the agency had subsequently filed a petition the Same week the caseworker had reported there to be no danger to the children, and no mention of a clear necessity, which is required by the law in order to remove a child from his or her home.
Schuylkill county PA courts and CYS is unbelievably corrupt and they pull and play every dirty trick in the book. CYS Director Lisa Stevens is a very shady character and I speak from personal experience.
